Planning and organization:
+ Analyze changes to applications design, capabilities and interfaces through projects and CR's as might be required to ensure that the application is able to deliver to our business needs.
+ Support conversion of Business Use Cases for New Capabilities on existing licensed modules in ERP. Propose customized solutions when needed as extensions to seeded functions.
+ Laisse with various BUs to agree on a process which can be supported or developed within the application framework. Discourage where different BU have demand same business function but with a different process and align to single business process
+ Review and report on Application Lifecycle Management including planning for contract/agreements renewals and extensions.
+ Carry out project management activities on large scale technology implementation projects as required Financial excellence (Budgets, revenue/profit and costs):
+ Support development and presentation of business cases for initiatives linked to changes in existing capabilities or development of new capabilities across all applications leading to approval of funding and prioritization of different projects
+ Customer excellence (Internal/external customer engagement and relationship management)
+ Coordinate with Business Architecture and other IT teams on a need basis to evaluate new capabilities vs. reusing existing capabilities across applications
+ Support requirement development and RFP design with Business Architecture for new capabilities to be acquired or developed from external sources Architecture, plan and design of changes related to centralized network inventory & topology management system.
Architecture, plan and design of new requirements CRs/Projects related to inventory & topology management system
Integration of Inventory mgmt. system with other OSS functions and network domains controller
Inventory and topology integrations with Service Orchestrator for services fulfillment related to BAU & IGNITE work orders
Ensure maximize reuse and return on investment for architecture projects
Support development and presentation of business cases for initiatives linked to changes in existing capabilities or development of new capabilities across all applications leading to approval of funding and prioritization of different projects
Drive optimizing new functionalities/features part of inventory management & topology
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.
MBA or MS in Computer science is desirable
Experience:
14 years of experience in the IT or Technology fields
8 years of experience in EBS R12.2 implementations, enhancement (RICE) and maintenance
4 years of experience in oracle fusion and fusion rollout/ upgrade of EbS to fusion
Experienced in Enterprise architecture tools and EA modelling, including TMF frameworks and TOGAF/architecture certifications
Experience of Telecommunications technology life cycle, large scale technology implementation and transformation projects/areas
Experience in IT capacity management/forecasting Effective coordination skills with other units in Technology and IT departments
Skills
SME in ERP modules not limited to Financial Suite AP, AR GL, FA, Cash Management, Expense and
Treasury. SCM Procurement, Sourcing, Order Management, Inventory, Supplier Qualification, supplier portal and planning. HCM HR, Absence, Payroll, Time & Labor, and Recruitment
Must have worked in at least 2 cycles of implementation in each stream.
Solid experience in understanding business requirements and mapping them into defined application modules.
* Hands on functional and technical experience in building SQL scripts, reports, customization or extensions over seeded modules
