To oversee and manage the overall operations of Hospital, ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery of clinical and non-clinical services in accordance with UAE healthcare standards. The Operations Manager plays a key role in enhancing patient safety, optimizing operational workflows, and supporting strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
Lead daily operations of clinical, administrative, and support departments ensuring smooth coordination and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with DHA and international accreditation standards (e.g., JCI).
Develop and execute operational strategies in line with hospital objectives and Dubai healthcare regulations.
Monitor KPIs and drive initiatives to improve patient flow, staff efficiency, and service quality.
Liaise with department heads to manage staffing, budgeting, and inventory in a cost-effective manner.
Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and facility maintenance.
Champion digital health tools including HIS implementation, data analytics, and patient feedback systems.
Oversee patient experience programs and manage grievance resolution processes promptly and professionally.
Support emergency preparedness and business continuity planning in coordination with senior leadership.
Work closely with HR to enhance staff engagement, training, and performance management.
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field (mandatory).
Master's in Hospital Administration (MHA) or MBA in Healthcare Management (preferred).
8-12 years of progressive experience in hospital operations, including leadership roles in Dubai or the UAE.
Strong knowledge of DHA regulations, JCI standards, and healthcare quality frameworks.
Proficiency in hospital management systems (HIS) and MS Office applications.
