Job Description
We are launching a new coffee chain in the UAE, officially representing a well-known luxury automotive brand's line. The company is an official distributor of premium coffee and related products for coffee shops across the region. Our plan is to open 15+ coffee shops within the next three years, beginning with two flagship locations this September.
Therefore, we are looking for a Manager who will take charge of managing the coffee shops and ensuring their successful operation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage operations across multiple coffee shop locations.
- Recruit, build, and lead an effective team to deliver outstanding customer experience.
- Implement operational strategies that ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with executive partners to scale the business and maintain brand standards.
- Oversee inventory, budgeting, and daily financial performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a network of at least 3 cafes or coffee shops.
- Strong leadership, organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent English communication skills.
