Job Description

:

• Lead the management, implementation, and ongoing review of the approved master plans across DP World UAE Region zones, ensuring alignment with long-term planning objectives and compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive master plans, including plot allocations, zoning layouts, and land-use designations, to support the company's strategic growth and operational requirements.
• Evaluate and review design concepts, site modification requests, and master plan submissions to confirm compliance with the approved master plans, Design Control Regulations (DCR), and other relevant planning standards.
• Provide expert technical guidance and planning support to stakeholders - including Commercial, Sales, Asset Management, external authorities, and internal departments - to enable seamless implementation and coordination of master planning activities.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards that govern the master planning process, streamline approvals, and maintain consistency across all zones.
• Maintain and update GIS, Oracle, and other databases to ensure accurate plotting, merging, subdivision, and facilities information, providing a robust and accessible foundation for planning and operational decisions.
• Prepare and review plot allocations, master plan amendments, and plot proposals to support the Commercial and Sales departments in achieving their objectives.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of master plan changes, approvals, site inspections, and authority correspondence, ensuring accountability, traceability, and seamless data management.
• Monitor and track status of applications, changes, and approvals related to the master plan, providing regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Maintain strong working relationships with authorities, stakeholders, and internal departments, acting as the primary point of contact for master planning discussions and facilitating efficient approvals and project delivery.
