Job Description
We are currently headhunting for an M&A Investment Manager with a reputable government entity based in the UAE. The role will entail shaping the company\'s growth strategy by identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate and execute end-to-end investment lifecycle
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including valuation modeling, to assess the financial viability and potential synergies of target companies
- Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating with cross-functional teams to assess legal, financial, operational, and regulatory aspects of potential transactions
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate terms, deal structures, and purchase agreements that maximize value and mitigate risks
- Build and maintain relationships with potential target companies, financial advisors, legal counsel, and internal teams to facilitate successful deal execution
Requirements:
- 8 to 12 years of M&A investment experience with a proven track record
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
- Master\'s Degree or CFA/CPA is preferred
- Background in Big 4 transaction advisory or Investment Banking
- Proficient technical skills; financial analysis and modelling skills
- Able to work independently; Have a hands on approach
- Strong communication and presentation skills
