This role will involve managing and improving the logistics performance of all cities across the country. The Logistics Performance Manager will take ownership of various service levels by measuring compliance, finding performance gaps, and executing a plan to fill performance-related gaps.

\xe2\x97\x8f Reporting and monitoring of KPIs and performance SLAs
\xe2\x97\x8f Conduct detailed data analysis to identify and solve logistics problems by analyzing and deriving insights from large, complex sets of data
\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for country compliance with OD processes and tools (e.g staffing, forecasting, etc.)
\xe2\x97\x8f Providing all data needed for performance improvement at the country level and acting as a consultant for the Head of Logistics
\xe2\x97\x8f Leading supervisors and trainers related to logistics performance KPIs
\xe2\x97\x8f Work alongside country sales & marketing teams on actions and activities to drive performance forward for own delivery
\xe2\x97\x8f Optimize country infrastructure, event thresholds and input in DBDF to improve overall performance
\xe2\x97\x8f Provide weekly updates to country management on projects & performance progress
\xe2\x97\x8f Support Logistics team by converting complex data and findings into compelling narratives to drive business decisions with clear, actionable insights
\xe2\x97\x8f Create new business relevant metrics and maintain business as usual critical metrics
\xe2\x97\x8f Run experiments, develop dashboards, and use data visualizations to communicate results to leadership.

What Did We Order?

\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s Degree in computer engineering
\xe2\x97\x8f 3-5 years of experience in food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred
\xe2\x97\x8f Extensive experience in SQL, Data Analytics tools like tableau, Looker, etc
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent stakeholder management skills: Experience in dealing with cross-cultural team members and cross-functional teams
