Experience: 10 years of UAE Experience (preferably with atleast 3 years retail experience)
Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- SPOC for overseeing and heading the legal aspects of the Group Franchise and Joint Venture Portfolio.
- Review agreements for the Apparel Group as mentioned - International Commercial Ventures, Drafting of Joint Venture Agreements, Franchise Agreements, License Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Sale Deeds, Takeover of Establishments, Recruitment Agreement with Various National Agencies, Confidentiality Agreement, etc. depending upon the requirement as it crops up from time to time.
- Matters connected with Leasing of premises for retail stores, review of the lease agreements, and negotiation with the Mall management on the same to protect the interest of the company, coordinate with the Mall managements on legal matters generally.
- Drafting of legal documents with particular emphasis on commercial contracts, Memorandums, Joint venture agreements, briefing Advocates of various courts, preparation of important letters, notices etc.
- Matters connected with intellectual Property rights -patent, Registration of Trademark and protection thereof.
