Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards at all times
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier orders to avoid shortages or wastage
Handle cash management, billing accuracy, and daily sales reporting
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and build brand reputation
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized restaurant environment
Plan and manage special events, promotions, or seasonal offers
Report directly to ownership/management with updates on performance and operations

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
