Job Description

A leading financial services organization committed to driving digital transformation and innovation across its technology landscape. The institution is seeking an experienced Manager - IT Strategy & Planning to lead its technology strategy function and support long-term organizational growth.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the organization's IT strategic plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Lead the creation of transformation initiatives and oversee change management related to strategic shifts
• Drive digital strategy programs and innovation initiatives across the enterprise
• Oversee the portfolio of IT projects to ensure strategic alignment and value realization
• Conduct ongoing market and technology trend assessments to guide strategic decisions
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on IT strategy performance while identifying potential risks to strategic execution

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong experience in IT strategy development, project portfolio oversight, and enterprise-level planning
• Deep understanding of IT governance frameworks, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation practices
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and regulatory or control frameworks
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management abilities
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with certifications such as PMP, ITIL, TOGAF, CGEIT, AgilePM, or SAFe
