We are currently hiring for an Investor Relations Manager with a reputable government entity based in the UAE. The role will entail supporting the entity\'s Investor Relations team by building relationships, analyzing internal analytics and communicating with relevant stakeholders in order to maximize shareholder value across the entity.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze all the listed companies of the entity and their sectors of presence
- Maintain an informed approach on the key trends, financial and operational results, strategy, guidance and stakeholder expectations
- Support the entity through provision of regular and ad-hoc internal reports and analysis related to the listed associates and their sectors of presence
- Collect relevant materials, conduct financial analysis and build working communication streams internally, as well as with the IR teams and representatives of the brokerage and investor community to maintain high level of awareness around the equity price movements, key drivers, and strategies to maximize shareholder value
- Monitor IR websites of the entity to ensure superior disclosure standards
- Liaise with Corporate Communication on investors\' events and publication of material in different media platforms of the entity and assist in preparation of appropriate messaging and evaluation of external perception

Requirements:

- Bachelor\'s Degree; preferably in Economics, Accounting, Finance or relevant disciplines
- MBA or CFA Charterholder would be advantageous
- 7 to 12 years of relevant work experience in Investor Relations would be ideal
- Investor Relations background in an Investment or Energy entity
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in written and verbal English
