To effectively and efficiently lead, manage the evaluation and execution of Investments and Corporate Solutions (\xe2\x80\x9cI&CS\xe2\x80\x9d) for the ENOC Group, its subsidiaries and affiliates; and subsequently supporting the other functions of the I&CS Department. The scope of the I&CS Department includes all inorganic investments, corporate solutions as defined per the approved I&CS Procedure Manual and other ad hoc projects tasked by ENOC Leadership.
Principal Accountabilities
1)Leadership Manage the I&CS Department, to meet all the Department objectives as set by the Group CFO and ENOC Leadership Ensure all Human Resource Management processes such as Recruitment, Reward Management, Performance Management, Learning and Development, etc. are implemented Develop and coach a highly effective I&CS department and embed this capability across the ENOC Group 2)Policies, Processes and Procedures Establish, maintain and monitor the inorganic growth strategy, investment criteria, rationale, policies, procedures and controls for the ENOC Group Develop appropriate Investment and Corporate Solutions policies, processes and procedures and ensure their implementation after approval so that all growth plans are achieved 3)Budgets & Operational Plans Guide the development of the I&CS Department business plans and optimal annual budget to ensure that it has sufficient resources to achieve agreed corporate objectives and work programs, whilst ensuring quality in overall output Monitor the implementation of approved Department budgets, reconcile significant variances and take corrective action to ensure expenditure is controlled within budgets Lead the shortlisting and endorsement and appointment of financial advisors required for I&CS projects as per the approved I&CS Manual Monitor and report overall I&CS transaction related expenses 4)Inorganic Growth Opportunities & Portfolio Management Lead the end to end investigation and progression of inorganic growth opportunities and Corporate Solutions through the established ENOC approval framework to ensure that appropriate rigor, checks and balances are applied at every stage of the process Communicate recommendations to ENOC Leadership via the Group CFO Drive the establishment of inorganic strategies, which are aligned to ENOC Group Strategy, by identifying sectors and groupings of companies that might be viable business targets for ENOC Lead the screening and identification process, and seek to prioritize inorganic expansion opportunities (i.e. all I&CS related opportunities) for evaluation, execution and integration within the ENOC Group Conduct periodic portfolio review for all inorganic growth projects and ENOC Group JVs for value maximization in line with the Portfolio Management Framework to achieve Group Strategy jointly with SP&PM department

Experience
Bachelors\' Degree in a relevant discipline. An MBA Degree level of education from a leading University is highly desirable. 10+ years of experience (Ideally in a role that involves leading the execution of M&A transactions. Experience with completing transactions in Middle East, North Africa, Africa and Central Asia is preferred. Oil & Gas transactional experience is a plus) Demonstrated experience gained through an M&A department or a corporate finance function at an O&G company, an investment bank, a private equity house or sovereign-wealth fundProven leadership skills and ability to leverage teams and networks English speaking essential, Additional language skills are a plus Exceptional quantitative skills required to analyze financial models, perform valuation analyses, merger modelling and other corporate finance analysis Excellent communication skills. Able to concisely present orally and in presentations Familiarity with the use of Power Point, Excel, Word and general Microsoft Office Suite along with FactSet, Bloomberg, CapitalIQ and use of other standard M&A industry databases
