Key Responsibilities:
Audit
- To organize and deliver internal audit activities with minimum supervision, including the preparation and execution of an audit plan.
- To make presentations to senior management on audit & agree action plans to address issues.
- To report on findings & recommendations & monitor management\'s response & corrective action plan.
- To identify areas of risk, internal control deficiencies and make recommendations on improving policies, products, systems and procedures.
- To partner and provide coaching and guidance to the business for control optimization and ensuring a well-managed Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program.
- Contributory nature of the job impacts the short term and medium-term team/ department deliverables.
Experience:
- Post qualification experience of 7-10 years in Finance/Audit functions of MNCs - preferably FMCG Companies.
- Exposure to following areas will be of added advantage -
- Working / audit experience in different geographies including Africa
- Data analytics tools and its usage for audit reviews
- Enterprise Risk Management
- TeamMate Software for audit documentation
- Should have good exposure to working in SAP Environment.
- Strong understanding and awareness of Risk and Control concepts. Specific practical exposure to (but not limited to) General Ledger Review, Inventory Controls, AR/AP Controls, Banking controls, CAPEX, Direct/Indirect Taxation, operational & other manufacturing controls etc.
