JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in psychological counselling, with at least 5 years working directly with individuals with disabilities or special needs.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to support the academic, social, and emotional development of students of determination.
- Lead initiatives that promote inclusivity and accessibility across campus.
- Oversee the delivery of services including academic accommodations, personal support, and assistive technology.
- Valid certification or license in psychological counselling or therapy.
