About the Role:
One&Only One Za\'abeel are seeking an experienced Manager, In-Room Dining to oversee the in-room dining operations in our ultra-luxury pre-opening hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the in-room dining operations, ensuring that we provide exceptional service and memorable experiences for our guests.
Role Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the in-room dining operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in service delivery and quality standards
Work with the culinary team to develop and execute menus that meet the needs and expectations of our guests
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and partners
Conduct regular audits of operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the continued growth and success of the in-room dining services
Manage budgets, forecast expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations
Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless service delivery to guests
Key Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field
At least 5-7 years of experience in in-room dining or related hospitality operations, with a proven track record of success
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience in budget management and forecasting
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
