Activities HSSEQ Objectives & Assignments:
To support company's commitment to HSSEQ, Societal/CSR and sustainability conscious behaviour in internal and external: parties that includes "0" Fatality Program and Safe Driver Campaign
To understand and adhere to the current regulatory requirements applicable to the areas of responsibilities by ensuring a regular regulatory watch with support of Legal Department.
To conduct regular HSSEQ audits and walk around to review any potential HSSEQ deviations in the areas of responsibilities.
Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by Quality, HSSEQ & energy policies and Manuals.
Reporting of HSSEQ & SD KPI to the Group (APMO, Business Line)
Strict adherence and compliance towards HSSEQ Group Referential: ONE MAESTRO with high quality of HSSEQ performance and complying with TEMME Quality, HSSEQ Policies, Procedures, specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all time.
To participate to the integration of ONE MAESTRO requirements to the existing HSSEQ Management system.
To contribute, meet and improve upon the KPI targets as set towards overall HSSEQ & SD objectives.
To be part of the selection and availability of applicable PPE's at all time and ensuring the strict use of PPE's in work area of responsibility.
Take part in the training program (Safe Driver Campaign, Industrial Hygiene Training, STOP card campaign) to acquire HSSEQ knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by Management.
Participate in the HSSEQ risk assessment, health risk assessment, planned general inspections, safety tours and other kind of audits as per the TEMME HSSEQ requirements.
To support and reporting advise procurement team on HSE requirements and group standards as required.
To maintain and update HSSEQ policies and procedures under HSSEQ Management Systems (ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO14001, MAESTRO..) and identify areas of improvement of Management System.
Management of HSSEQ topics for TEMME/TEMQ (eg company emergency response, crisis management procedure, business continuity plan, SRM+, Biodiversity)
To ensure implementation of Zero Fatality Program.
Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
To comply with TEMME Safe Work Permit program (as per the PTW roles and responsibility assignment: process owner/permit applicant issuing authority and approval authority)
Strict adherence to HSSEQ requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons
Job Related Objectives & Assignments:
To implement HSSEQ as a culture and set an example
Continuous implementation, Compliance and improvement of the HSSEQ Management System.
Making the people aware of the precautions, consequences of the occupational hazards through training to follow best practices and training related to HSSEQ Management.
HSSEQ inspections/supervision and audits, issue violation notices and recommend for rewards.
Accident/incident investigation and analysis, follow up of corrective/preventive actions
Making sure of the proper availability and working/proper calibration of the safety equipment.
Prepare Emergency Response procedures and conduct drills.
Maintaining the compliance with Legal and Group requirements
Ensure compliance of HSSEQ Policy, rules, regulations, PPE in TEMME day-to- day operations.
Coordinate the overall inspection & audit activities, prepare action plan and ensure implementation of actions.
Conduct 1 cycle of internal audits for all processes within the affiliate
Carry out inspections onsite, including for loading/unloading operations, vehicle condition, etc. to make sure that operations are executed safely (1 inspection per quarter)
PATROM compliance audit (2 audits) with TEMME transport team
Conduct 1 safety tour per year
1 cycle of ICC audit with high-risk contractor
Training of all contractor and sub-contractor employees deployed for the project activity
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Maintain and Improve HSSEQ performance through Loss control Objectives.
Implementation of Health and Safety Management System
Improve safety culture across the organization
Management of all TEMME HSSEQ operations including transport with well-defined risks and precautions known to all.
Compliance Objectives:
Ensure full adherence to the company's compliance program, encompassing economic sanctions and export control program, anti-corruption and fraud policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct in all professional activities.
Promptly notify the compliance officer/economic sanctions referent to any instances of noncompliance or breaches of economic sanctions or export control that comes to my attention. Any other compliance risks identified during day-to-day activities should also be reported immediately.
HSSEQ Objectives
Strict adherence and compliance towards TEMME HSSEQ Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all time with high Quality of HSSEQ performance
Participate in the training program to acquire HSSEQ knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by Management.

Strict adherence to HSSEQ requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons.

Candidate Profile Knowledge:
Industrial Hygiene & Health strong know-how and training
Sound knowledge of HSSEQ Management systems
Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer
Internal / Lead auditor in HSSEQ Management System
Good knowledge in HSSEQ legal and Regulatory Affairs and Compliances in UAE/JAFZA Code of Practice, EHS Trakhees and Dubai Municipality.
Shall possess required skill, competence & knowledge of the HSSEQ and implementation of HSSEQ systems.
Education: Degree in Engineering (Environment/Health/Safety) or its equivalent Advantage o NEBOSH Award In Health And Safety At Work from Abu Dhabi o Knowledge of JAFZA Code of Practice, EHS Trakhees and Dubai Municipality Should have a certification in HSSEQ / should have been an Internal Auditor for QMS/EMS/OHSAS/Energy Experience:
Minimum 8-10 years relevant experience, of which at least 5 years in managerial capacity in a Petrochemical/chemical or related process industry
Exposure to ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems)
