Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content Link Job Title: Manager - HR Business Partner Posting Start Date: 16/05/2025 : Job Purpose Act as the client-facing point of contact between the HR Department and designated business areas to ensure that the HR needs of the business are met. Responsible for meeting the business HR needs through coordination with the HR delivery model, including the Centre of Excellence and HR Operations. Supports the business in all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with legislation and effective personnel management for both the company and employees. Key Accountabilities
Establish relationships with the business and contribute proactively to business unit plans. Communicate the annual HR calendar of programs and activities to enable planning. Lead the annual manpower and recruitment plan in collaboration with the business and finance. Ensure cost-effective implementation of the recruitment plan within SLA. Communicate and implement HR programs within the business, monitoring and reporting as appropriate. Ensure understanding and adherence to HR policies and processes in the business area. Monitor employee relations and coordinate with the Grievance & Disciplinary Committee. Advise and support managers in disciplinary and grievance cases. Provide HR advice and support on strategic and operational issues. Equip managers with tools and knowledge for effective people management. Partner with HR Operations for seamless HR service delivery. Collaborate with OD, Talent & Performance Management Centre of Excellence for innovative HR solutions. Recommend process improvements, focusing on technology use to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. Other Accountabilities Additional responsibilities as required. Job Context Spends significant time co-located with the business rather than within the HR Department. Education Minimum university graduate; master's degree preferred in HR or related discipline. Experience and Skills 7-10 years HR experience, including at least 2 years as a business partner. Strong experience in recruitment processes and HR systems. Banking sector experience preferred. Minimum 2 years working in the Middle East. Professional HR qualification (e.g., CIPD, GPHR). Languages: English and Arabic (preferred).
