Job Overview:
Responsible managing Hook Up and brownfield offshore operations. Readiness of all offshore vessels required for hook up and brownfield, resources requirement in terms of direct manpower and supervision. Review overall requirement of vessels and manpower considering synergies with projects based on their execution schedule.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Develop, define, and enhance functional procedures for offshore operation.
Responsible to define the vessels and resources requirement for bidding, estimation, early stage of projects and Feed projects.
Responsible for developing vessels management integrated plan considering the project execution windows and vessels availabilities across the region.
Responsible for developing the vessel selection matrix for projects.
Single point of contact and decision-making authority for vessel sourcing and selection depending on project requirement.
Responsible for validating and endorsing vessels and manpower mobilization readiness for projects.
Responsible for review and manage offshore rotation of direct manpower and supervision adequately.
Responsible for Hook Up and brownfield Function to Develop processes, policies and procedures related to offshore operations.
Demonstrate visible leadership and commitment to excellent QHSES performance.
Provide expertise to offshore operations group, provide guidance to team and develop succession plan for resources.
Responsible for resources recruitment, training, and allocation to projects.
Ensuring that business risks related to offshore operations are identified and managed, and opportunities maximized.
Participate in project close out process including recording lessons learned, best practices of the project to ensure its implementation on upcoming projects and during bidding stage.
Participate and provide inputs in project reviews and endorse readiness from offshore operations perspective.
Essential Qualifications and Education:
Experience: Years 15 +
Industry Experience: Oil & Gas - Onshore and Offshore,
Equivalent Industry Experience
Preferred Qualifications and Education:
Soft skills - Emotional Intelligence and Negotiations
