About the Role: One&Only One Za'abeel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Service to join our pre-opening team. As the Manager, Service, you will be responsible for ensuring that the needs and expectations of our guests are met and exceeded. You will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and delivering a luxurious experience to our guests.

Role Responsibilities:

Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process

Handle guest service requests and in a timely and professional manner

Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's services and amenities

Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly and efficiently

Monitor guest feedback and take appropriate action to improve guest satisfaction

Train and supervise guest services, concierge, transportation colleagues to ensure they provide exceptional customer service

Foster positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat business and positive review

Key Skills and Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in guest service or a similar role in a luxury hotel

Detailed oriented with a strong eye for details

Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Fluent in English, both written and oral

Knowledge of other languages is an advantage

Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite
