Manage daily factory operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
Lead and supervise production, maintenance, and quality teams.
Develop and implement production plans to meet delivery schedules.
Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to optimize productivity.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment reliability programs.
Control operational budgets and reduce manufacturing costs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
Minimum
3 to 5 years of management experience
in aluminum or metal manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of aluminum extrusion, casting, or fabrication processes.
Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and ERP systems preferred.
