About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for Manager - Food & Beverage in Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

To supervise and coordinate all aspects of the Food and Beverage Operations.

To ensure stability within the service delivery of existing operations and maintain high levels of service excellence and the surroundings to be maintained to a high level at all times.

To drive revenue, control operating expenses, train and develop colleagues and secure profits.

To be efficient and diplomatic in dealing with situations involving any aspect of Food and Beverage where the reputation or image of the Resort is represented.

Assists in establishing standards of performance and job descriptions of service colleagues.

To assist in training and development of Outlet Managers so that they are able to operate independently with their own profit centre.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Minimum two years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel or luxury environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Able to manage large and diverse operations.

Demonstrable achievements in improving customer satisfaction and profitability.

Fluency in English and additional language (Russian, French, Chinese, or other European languages are a plus)
