Our client is in the fintech business and provides consulting to the FinTech companies in the EMEA region.
We are looking for a Manager - Finance who must be a qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) to join their dynamic team in Dubai.

We are looking for a Manager - Finance who must be a qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) to join their dynamic team in Dubai.
Requirements:
- The manager will manage a team of accounting and tax professionals. This will involve reviewing the work before submission to the client. The team size will be between 10-12 team members.
- The manager will be expected to be a technical expert in the fields of Accounting (IFRS), VAT, and Corporate Tax (Incl Transfer Pricing). While the candidate may not be an expert currently, they should be open to being trained to attain the necessary knowledge.
- They will be the SPOC to answer technical questions related to the topics mentioned above.
- The manager will be expected to understand how the team is deployed and if all team members are adequately assigned clients and tasks.
- The manager would be expected to liaise with recruitment agencies to hire new talent.
- The manager must be able to handle clients that the team is handling, communicate with the client and represent the company, whenever necessary.
- The manager must build processes that are considered appropriate to create greater efficiencies and better productivity.
- The manager must regularly communicate with the CEO and keep the CEO posted on all developments.
- The manager will assess what is required to bridge any gap in the technical knowledge of the company.
- Must have at least 8+ years of experience preferably in a consulting background.
- Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) mandatory
- Must have hands-on knowledge of IFRS/GAAP
