- Prepare, Analyze and Report monthly Management Accounts in compliance with Statutory and Accounting laws & Principles.
- Updated and timely generation of MIS to help top management to take informed decisions.
- Developing and executing various system processes for internal control.
- Overseeing the production of monthly financial information.
- Developing and Evaluating Budgeting and Forecasting Models, Preparation of full year Budget and Financial Forecasts.
- Monitoring all Capital Expenditure against budgets set individually.
- Present budget comparisons against actuals (For operational expenses) every month.
- Ensure effective control of costs and expenses.
- Complete Monitoring of Sales Accounting includes Credit Limit, Age wise Receivables Monitoring, and Selling Price Valuations e
- Oversee and monitor the treasury activities.
- Managing the daily Banking Activities & Credit Facility.
- Manage funding & liability insurance at unit level, including asset protection.
- Manage the Working Capital and funds of the organization.
- Monitors cost and profit performance of all departments regularly and suggests corrective action wherever needed.
- Interaction with the statutory and internal auditors.
- Costing of Products and Valuation of Inventory as per Standard & Actuals.
- Various Analysis as and when the management required for decision making
