This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations of Bisleri's bottling plant, ensuring seamless production of 5-gallon and PET packs, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The Factory Manager will lead production planning, plant maintenance, resource allocation, and staff performance to ensure optimized output aligned with the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibility:

• Manage all aspects of the bottling plant, including production, maintenance, and inventory control.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure timely production of 5-gallon bottles and PET retail packs.
• Implement and maintain safety, hygiene, and quality standards in compliance with UAE regulations (e.g., ESMA certification).
• Optimize production processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Supervise and train factory staff, fostering a culture of productivity and safety.
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for seamless raw material and product flow.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and upgrades to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Prepare and manage budgets, production reports, and performance metrics.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Factory Manager or Plant Manager in a bottling or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry, preferably in water or beverage production in the UAE MARKET.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale production facilities with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Knowledge of UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., ESMA, HACCP).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with automated bottling systems and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
