We are seeking a
Manager - Enterprise Sales
to lead a high-impact team focused on acquiring, expanding, and retaining
strategic enterprise customers
across regulated and high-growth industries.
THE OPPORTUNITY

As Manager - Enterprise Sales, you will:
Lead
end-to-end sales execution
for marquee enterprise accounts.
Personally own and close
complex, multi-stakeholder deals
while coaching your team.
Partner closely with Solution Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and AI Interaction Engineers to deliver
value-led, agentic AI solutions
.
This is a
player-coach role
for a sales leader who thrives in long-cycle enterprise engagements and high-touch customer relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Hit and Exceed Enterprise Sales Targets
Deliver team and individual ARR and TCV quotas.
Maintain precision in forecasting and pipeline health.
2. Lead & Develop Enterprise Sales Team
Manage and mentor 3-6 enterprise AEs.
Run weekly strategy sessions, account reviews, and deal coaching.
3. Drive Complex Enterprise Deals
Navigate
C-level relationships
, procurement, and legal.
Structure
multi-year, value-based agreements
to increase ACV.
4. Build Land-and-Expand Strategies
Establish account plans to expand usage across multiple BUs.
Collaborate with Customer Success for renewal and expansion execution.
5. Partner with Ecosystem Allies
Co-sell with GSIs, hyperscalers, and industry ISVs.
Drive pipeline through partner-led opportunities.
6. Ensure AI-Driven Sales Execution
Leverage AI agents for lead intelligence, competitor tracking, and ABM targeting.
Implement
data-driven outbound sequences
and account-based campaigns.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
------------------------
Must-Have:
7-10 years in B2B enterprise sales, with 2-4 years in a leadership or player-coach role.
Proven success closing $500K-$5M+ TCV enterprise deals.
Deep understanding of
enterprise buying cycles and value-based selling
.
Experience in account-based targeting and outbound-led growth.
Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
Good-to-Have:
Experience selling AI, data infrastructure, or high-complexity SaaS to regulated industries (BFSI, GRC, SOC).
Familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or similar methodologies.
Exposure to AI/ML platforms, multi-agent orchestration, or advanced analytics.
