Assign tasks to technicians. Oversee contract jobs in the relevant fields. Ensure staff welfare. Actively participate in the FMS committee. Identify and mitigate risk factors. Comply with all OSH and infection control policies and procedures. Follow documented OSH procedures and instructions. Be familiar with emergency and evacuation protocols. Report OSH hazards, incidents, near misses, and assist in incident documentation. Follow waste management procedures. Attend OSH/infection control training, drills, and awareness programs. Use appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems. Ensure safe and healthy work environments under their control. Implement relevant HAAD, NMCRH OSHMS, and infection control standards. Allocate budget and resources for FMS/OSH/PCI management. Appoint a Safety Facilitator for coordinating departmental OSH activities. Discuss OSH issues in departmental/management meetings. Provide OSH-related training, information, and supervision. Monitor the effectiveness of risk management programs. Maintain buildings and facilities safely. Prepare building management plans and budgets. Participate in emergency management programs. Offer expertise in building and facility OSH matters.
