Engineering Services Manager
Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Engineering. 15 yearsaEUR(TM) experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with a minimum of 6 years in a managerial role in Project Control, Project Management, Contract Administration, and Estimation. Knowledgeable in Risk Management. Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and decision-making skills. Excellent managerial skills with sound knowledge & experience in business management and engineering. Strong planning, organizing, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in written & spoken English; working knowledge in Arabic is a plus. Excellent computer skills with knowledge of software programs such as Primavera, Microsoft Projects, FoxPro, Visual Basic, and Harvard Graphics. Role / Purpose: Manage all aspects of the Engineering Services section, including engineering planning, budgeting, cost control, production control (project-wise & department-wise), administration & project support services, document control, quality assurance, contract administration/quantity surveying, systems development & enhancement, and providing management support services. #J-18808-Ljbffr
