Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled
Manager Engineer - Technical
to lead and manage engineering projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil or infrastructure engineering and be capable of overseeing technical planning, design, and execution while ensuring compliance with engineering standards and best practices.Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical planning, design reviews, and project coordination to ensure smooth execution of engineering projects. Approve shop drawings, method statements, and engineering calculations for compliance and accuracy. Liaise with consultants, clients, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and ensure project alignment. Ensure all engineering work adheres to codes, standards, and best practices. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams to enhance project delivery and problem-solving. Monitor project deliverables to maintain quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely completion.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering. 5-9 years of relevant experience in infrastructure design, technical engineering, or related roles. Proficiency in
AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and STAAD
for design and analysis purposes. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to manage client and team interactions effectively. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently under deadlines.Employment Details:
