Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of digital initiatives, ensuring high-quality, user-focused, and data-driven solutions. The role bridges business, technology, and customer experience teams to drive digital transformation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects using agile/hybrid methodologies. Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to meet programme goals. Drive digital product delivery, UAT, and customer journey improvements. Manage risks, dependencies, and governance across projects. Track and report delivery metrics, driving continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field. 12-15 years of overall experience, with 5-7 years in digital project delivery. Recognised project management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.); Agile certification preferred. Strong background in digital platforms, cloud/software, and customer experience programmes. Skilled in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and project/digital collaboration tools. Industry exposure in aviation, travel, retail, hospitality, or technology is desirable.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
