Majid Al Futtaim Properties is looking for an Emirati Development Manager to lead the planning and execution of major real estate projects across its UAE shopping mall portfolio. The role involves managing master planning, architecture, and landscape design consultants while coordinating all project delivery aspects with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage master planning, design, and development processes for retail and mixed-use projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies, financial analysis, and market assessments to identify investment opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams including sales, marketing, finance, legal, and project management to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.
• Prepare and present business plans, proposals, and progress reports to senior management and the Board.
• Manage the concept, schematic, and detailed design stages while ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee approvals and permitting with statutory authorities and relevant government entities.
• Support project launches in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Drive project completion with a focus on sustainability, innovation, and operational efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring business continuity and compliance with corporate policies.
• Mentor project teams and promote a culture of accountability and high performance.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Finance; a Master's or MBA is preferred.
• 4-5 years of experience in real estate or master development, ideally within the UAE or GCC.
• Proven track record in managing complex developments from concept to handover.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and project budgeting.
• Skilled in leadership, stakeholder coordination, and business planning.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Estate Master.
• In-depth knowledge of construction technologies, urban design, and project governance.
