JOB PURPOSE:
This role is primarily responsible to manage and strategize portfolio management and for financing-based products, Revenue enablement (Leads & X-Sell Management) and Pricing Control and Manage after sales Service of mortgage portfolio and maintain relationship with group sales channel and group retention to retain and Grow portfolio.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Provide proactive assistance and guidance to the units in managing and monitoring portfolio attrition
Develop plan and strategy in close coordination with the product and business teams in the units on portfolio management strategy and implementation.
Joint in hand together with policy maker to ensure the policy in line with the portfolio retention strategy as well as maximizing Customers benefits and satisfaction.
Design and launch promos to increase /maintain portfolio.
Participate and coordinate with the units in the key market research initiatives and provide assistance / guidance in synthesizing the findings and translate into evaluating / identifying the opportunities for portfolio retention.
Periodically review the portfolios to assess and monitor the performance against predefined goals/parameters including profitability. Enable revenue through Leads and X-Sell .
Lead in assigned projects and in preparation of the annual financial budget / targets for the individual business units along with plans for implementation of portfolio management with time scale and resources.
Review and assess the processes adopted in the units adhere to acceptable level of quality and standardization and follow the local regulatory aspects as well as with the group norms
Lead - Leads Manage Management through various channels.
Review Price exceptions cases
Streamline retention process and policies
Maintain strong relationship with Cross functional departments.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Experience
15 years of experience in the banking and financial Institution sector within a fast paced and dynamic business environment with at least 5 years in Managerial positions experience.
Good Communications Skills.
