Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of garage staff, including mechanics, technicians, and service advisors.
Ensure all vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standards.
Schedule and monitor workflow to meet customer deadlines and service targets.
Perform quality control checks on repairs and services.
Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies; order stock as needed.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service estimates.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance.
Keep accurate records of work orders, time sheets, and maintenance logs.
Manage garage budgets and cost control.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a garage manager, supervisor, or senior technician.
Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
Leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in garage management software and Microsoft Office.
Valid driver's license (preferably with a clean record).
