Coordinate with other departments, teams, vendors, and suppliers to determine business requirements, execute projects, and set service standards.
Review, approve and oversee implementation of Change Requests multiple platforms as per the requirements of various technology teams or as needed by the business for introducing new products in accordance with existing change management process.
Plan and implement patches and updates on multiple platforms to resolve any existing bugs or performance issues and also assessing the overall impact of any unexpected behavior of the new change.
Plan, coordinate and monitor the various network activities/maintenance programs.
Regular engagements with the vendors and partners to review and address all the operational issues and requirements.
Manage, supervise and evolve the Circuit Switching network Operation to maintain the high-level service quality level and the long-term viability of the network.
Budget control for Core and Content services domain.
Lead the performance management process that measures and evaluates progress against goals for the organization.
Provide for all staff (employed resources, trainees (GTs) and outsourced services) a strong day-to-day leadership presence and support an open-door policy among all staff.
Recruitment, hiring, and compensation of new resources for the team.

4. Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies Experience:
Minimum 12-17 years of experience 10 of which in a similar role in telecommunication industry.
Good understanding of Network and mission critical infrastructure from operational and maintenance technical aspects
Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in telecommunication and networks.
Skills
Proven ability to lead large transformation projects.
Ability to lead teams and groups.
Strong negotiation and facilitation skills
Proven track record of managing vendors
Proven track record in governance and financial management
Strong management skills in a multi-cultural and multi-national environment
Fluent in English and Arabic is advantage.
