JOB PURPOSE:

Manager, Corporate Services & SVM

Services function responsible for End to end operational and Vendor sourcing lifecycle from initiative inception through to contract execution and supplier management as required.

Deliver efficient and effective corporate services in the areas of Property and Real Estate Management, Managed service Operations, Administration, Health & Safety, and Environment & Security.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Execute the Functional strategy across the organization with the ability to manage and facilitate decision making to ensure supply and achieve the company\'s goals

Governance:

Provides overall leadership and oversee process compliance for Magnati SVM & CS Department

Accountable for ensuring compliance to all the regulatory requirements related to activities with in Magnati SVM & CS in coordination with relevant stakeholders (Internal/External)

Vendor Management (Direct, Indirect & VMO):

Develop and implement strategies on a global basis for all categories that minimize exposure to risk and volatility and use various levers to unlock value including initial vetting, onboarding, contract negotiations, and ongoing management

Evaluate existing processes, category management strategies, and implement value-added changes for identifying, evaluating, and selecting potential suppliers, and negotiating favourable business terms and service level agreements

Maintain, develop, and grow strong Vendor relationships with key suppliers to ensure performance, leverage capabilities, availability of supply, and provide oversight

Minimize commercial and non-commercial supply risk

Identify, prioritize, and approve opportunities for unplanned project-based sourcing initiatives.

Corporate Services:

Property and Real Estate Management

Drive projects with end-to-end accountability including utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives, liaising with Engineers, Contractors, Consultants & Sub-contractors for the same within UAE, as well as globally.

Being up to date with the market information, playing advisory role from time to time, on suggesting potential properties, locations & geographies

Planning & Development

Align and support to drive solutions to help deliver on the strategic initiatives of the organization and implementation of global alignment initiatives for consistent delivery of services across various geographical locations.

Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets Management and Expense control services

Oversee the organization wide accounts payable activities, management & reconciliation of Fixed assets from time to time.

Managed Services Operations

Oversee establishment and projects related to Data Center Critical Facilities Operations (DCFOM), Peripherals Monitoring, Maintenance & Support (MPS), Mobile Hub Individual Plan (User Data) & Mobile Data Management (PoS Data Pool Management) (MHIP & M2M), Telecom Service Acquisition & Expense Management (TEM) and Technology Assets Management (physical inventory and lifecycle).

Administration and Logistics Management Services

Responsible to over see the execution of Logistics and administrative services such as Mail management, Printing and Hospitality services to ensure support to Banks business functions.

Provide thought leadership in the execution of Banks Insurance portfolio to ensure appropriate coverage and adept terms of policies

Records & Assets Management Services

Responsible to oversee the execution of records management, and assets management functions

Responsible to Direct and Implement global best practices in Archiving,

HSE, Safety & Security Management

Responsible to oversee the HSE function and ensure the Implementation of global best practice oriented Health & safety practices across the Bank

Responsible to Oversee the establishment of security infrastructure with implementation of global best practices & latest technology in security system

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement/sourcing/Administration.

Bachelor degree in Business or Similar Discipline

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a procurement team

Proven experience working with cross-functional teams; Displays integrity and transparency in interactions with others

Good communication skills, executive presence, adept negotiator, strong relationship builder with internal and

English, Arabic desirable
