- Providing a full range of services to clients, coordination of the tasks assigned and controlling of their performance.
- Negotiations and meetings with the clients (offline, online).
- Preparing all necessary documents.
- Interact with UAE government authorities, banks, etc.
- Make budgets for the office, maintaining the well-being of the office and its policies.
- Fulfill financial performance reporting.
- Monitoring of mandatory deadlines.
- Build and develop client relationships.
- Other related duties.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the corporate services industry.
- Relevant work experience with UAE jurisdictions minimum 1 year.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields.
- Knowledge of financial performance, skill of making financial reports.
- Native/Advanced Russian and Upper Intermediate English is a must, additionally Arabic will be a plus.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office and G-Suit.
- Work permit in UAE.
- Availability for business trips, having a car will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a fast and efficient manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (proactive, problem solving, time management, initiative, presentation).
