About the role We are seeking a skilled in-house Marketing Copywriter to join Atlantis Dubai\xe2\x80\x99s dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Creative Director and marketing team and be responsible for developing compelling written content that not only reflects but elevates Atlantis Dubai\'s array of extraordinary experiences. In this role, you will generate compelling copy for a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, digital adverts, email campaigns, and social media posts, adapting to diverse tones of voice as required for different brands. You will also collaborate closely with the creative team, marketing managers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
Another key aspect to this role will be to proofread and edit content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and is free from errors, whilst also analysing performance metrics to gauge the effectiveness of copywriting initiatives and recommend adjustments, as necessary. You will also assist in the creation of brand messaging guidelines to standardise voice and tone across all communications for our diverse range of brands.

About you The successful Copywriter will have proven experience as a copywriter or in a related role, ideally within the marketing field, and have exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail. You will also have the ability to think creatively and strategically, translating business goals into persuasive copy that suits a variety of brand personalities. You will have strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines and have exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
The ideal candidate will also possess a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, with the ability to read and write in Arabic as a plus. Crucially, you must also be adept at adapting to different tones of voice to suit our diverse collection of brands, each with its unique personality. You will be skilled at translating complex messages into clear, concise, and persuasive copy. As an In-House Marketing Copywriter at Atlantis Dubai, you will play a key role in shaping our brand voices and driving engagement across various platforms.
You will also ideally have a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
