About the Role:

The Senior Copywriter will assist in writing all resort copy following brand TOV. This applies to resort compendium, brochures, factsheets, presentations, but also advertising campaign, website, social media caption and email marketing.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting the Director of Marketing and Communications to achieve overall business objectives for One&Only One Za\'abeel and their relevant stakeholders.

Responsible for developing stand-alone copy to complement content strategy and visual concepts across many platforms including website, emails, social media, digital campaigns, online magazine, marketing materials, print advertising, sales letters, articles, brochures, flyers or special projects.

Supporting One&Only One Za\'abeel\'s marketing communications for accommodation, dining, nightlife, wellness and other relevant events/programs.

Responsible for crafting sharp, consistent and compelling storytelling while understanding the brief, developing creative ideas, adhering to the objectives of the project, remaining on-brand and being grammatically correct.

Research topics, coordinate, and interview stakeholders to formulate content that is interesting to the reader.

Organise content material from a range of sources to create a compelling narrative flow.

Adhere to marketing strategies and objectives, meeting deadlines as set by Director of Marketing and Communications and other stakeholders.

Audit resort copy with Marketing Manager, amend, revise or redevelop copy and campaigns

Key Skills and Required Experience:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Senior Copywriter
• Experience in luxury, travel or hotel industry preferred
• Strong understanding of digital copywriting, social media copywriting
• The drive to oversee campaigns through production to completion
• Experience in writing strong, succinct copy that is grammatically correct, with the ability to review, sub-edit and proofread independently
• A flexible approach and willingness to adapt
• The ability to work on several campaigns at once, sometimes under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Fluency in English (oral and written) with excellent writing skills
• Strong organizational, prioritisation and time management skills
• Strong research skills that ensure all copy is correct and accurate
• Strong project management skills, solution and action-oriented with a can-do attitude
• Strong team player and self-starter
