An established education institution in Ajman is seeking a qualified and experienced Manager for its Center for Inclusive Learning. This strategic leadership role is focused on enhancing accessibility and support services for students with disabilities or special needs.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in psychology or special education, leadership experience in inclusion programs, and a deep commitment to equity in education.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and delivery of inclusive learning programs and support services
Collaborate across departments to ensure accessibility in teaching, infrastructure, and digital tools
Oversee accommodations, assistive technologies, personal support services, and training programs
Advocate for inclusive policies and ensure compliance with accessibility regulations
Manage the Center's operations, staff, and budget, while driving innovation and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Master's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or Counselling
7-10 years experience in psychological support, with at least 5 years in an educational setting
5+ years managing services or a center supporting students with disabilities
Fluency in English and Arabic required
Valid certification or license in psychology or counselling preferred
