Synopsis

Deliver end to end performance management, financial governance, and analytical support for all Product & Hospitality projects. Build robust business cases, track deliverables, and provide insights that maximize value, control costs, and improve implementation speed.

Accountabilities

Performance Framework - Oversee the design and implementation of KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cycles for product & hospitality initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams in refining these tools to ensure alignment with business objectives, facilitating data-driven decision-making at all levels.

Business Cases Strategy & Execution - Lead the development and execution of financial models and scenario analyses for new concepts, ensuring alignment with strategic and commercial goals. Present actionable insights to senior stakeholders and executives to support high-level decision-making.

Project Tracking - Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risks. Recommend and implement corrective actions for variances, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Stakeholder Alignment - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Product Managers, Finance, Procurement, and Operations. Lead validation of assumptions, secure buy-in, and drive approvals for initiatives, fostering collaboration and strategic alignment.

Budget Planning - Lead coordination of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and cost-center reviews. Oversee budget allocation across functions.

Executive Reporting - Develop and deliver high-level performance reports, including monthly performance packs and board briefs on ROI, milestones, and risks.

Process Improvement - Identify efficiency gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the delivery lifecycle.

Data Governance - Ensure data integrity and champion BI tools for self-service insights.

Contract Support - Provide analytical input for supplier negotiations and contract renewals.

Education & Experience

BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years in business performance, FP&A, or project analytics within aviation, hospitality, or similar industries; at least 3 years managing project deliverables. Advanced financial modeling, KPI design, and BI/reporting skills; PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an advantage. Proven ability to present complex data clearly and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
