Your role will be to lead all aspects of the roll-out of our improvement program in one of our business units (BU). You will be working closely with the Global Strategy & Transformation Office (GSTO) in definition and deployment of our framework for how we will be improving and managing our processes. You will be responsible for the deployment of these frameworks in your business unit. That means you fully understand all elements of our improvement program and you will lead it with support from the GSTO. As the lead, you are the one who makes everybody in your BU comfortable about the change because you are the one who have the answers in collaboration with the key stakeholders.
Job role description:
Define the roll out plan for your respective BU
Manage all aspects of change management
Communication to stakeholders
Stakeholder management
Risk management
Create process for prioritization of focus areas of improvement
Define and implement operating system elements such as:
Documentation of processes
Key metrics to measure process performance
IT- systems, data, and data quality to define the right metrics
Definition of clear roles and responsibilities
Train key stakeholders in tools and methodologies relating to process improvement
Any relevant education relating to the management of large transformation programs
Language requirements:
English – Fluent (required)
Background and experience:
You not only have experience but also passion in running Business Process Management & transformation programs where improving your colleagues work situation really matters to you.
You have successfully done it before in large or mid-sized companies and you therefore know what it takes to improve key areas/processes and sustain the improvement. Good people skills is your middle name as you know that change can’t be obtained unless people trust your skills and intentions and you really understand their reality.
Experience with enterprise-wide Process Modelling Frameworks and methodologies
Competencies and skills:
Great process improvement programme track record with hands on experience within a Lean improvement or a continuous improvement role
A passion for developing knowledge and capability in others that will drive continuous improvement. Previous experience of delivering training and coaching in lean thinking and Process Improvement frameworks
Ability to communicate simply and effectively to a variety of audiences in a variety of countries/ across variety of cultures
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
