Responsibilities:
  • Manage team of billing coordinators responsible for the preparation of billing packages submitted to corporate billing department
  • Resolve complex collection issues including rebills, refunds, discrepancies, and payments adjustments.
  • Communicate with clients to resolve any flagged invoices for payment processing.
  • Oversee cross functional teams providing leadership, support, and assistance.
  • Perform financial modeling and analysis to measure, forecast, and manage multiple client invoicing.
  • Enhance customer billing experience by working closely with department leaders to drive initiatives.
  • Identify and define opportunities for workflow, systems, and team structure improvements.
  • Ensure pricing is accurately applied to all services related to your accounts, including re-work and change orders,
  • Prepare and reconcile project billing records with partners and clients.
  • Complete system audits to ensure accuracy in billing process on client accounts.
  • Manage and request purchase orders from clients while preparing and generating required production estimates.
  • Engage technology and admin groups as necessary to support account invoicing.
  • Support Project Managers with financial documentation to improve data accuracy.
  • Abide by security policies and protect information assets entrusted to you.
  • Coordinate special projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6+ years’ experience in relevant accounting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance or closely related field.
  • Management/supervisory experience required
  • Strong mathematical problem solving and quantitative analysis skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft office, specifically Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer (both internal and external) skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Able to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of billing procedures, digital reporting, and financial workflows.
