to oversee and manage the operations of a Financial HUB comprising off-site and branch ATMs, CCDMs, and cash-related services. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with Central Bank guidelines, mitigating operational risks, and driving automation and innovation to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end ATM & CCDM operations including replenishment, dispute resolution, and vendor coordination.
Ensure cash availability across all ATM channels and optimize cash usage.
Supervise cash vendors, manage emergency replenishments, and ensure timely vendor payments.
Analyze, forecast, and improve ATM cash load strategies.
Handle reconciliation of ATM/CCDM transactions and monitor GLs.
Address customer complaints and disputes related to ATMs and CCDMs via CRM.
Review and authorize vendor payments monthly.
Implement process automation and digitization initiatives.
Monitor SLA adherence, minimize errors, and maintain timely reporting for MER, KRI, RCSA, and reconciliations.
Ensure high audit ratings and compliance with internal and external policies.
Manage staff development, productivity tracking, training, and job rotation.
Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
Decision-Making & Problem Solving:
Resolve operational discrepancies and Central Bank/customer queries in line with regulatory policies.
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and boost service delivery.
Handle escalations and provide effective resolutions for ATM-related disputes.
Required Skills & Experience:
Graduate with a minimum of
10 years
of experience in ATM Operations and Banking Reconciliation.
Strong knowledge of ATM/CCDM hardware, software, and operational guidelines.
Excellent people management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, MIS reporting, and analytics.
Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, meet service commitments, and drive productivity improvements.
Work Environment:
Adherence to Central Bank UAE regulations and internal SOPs.
Close interaction with Retail/Corporate Banking, Treasury, Audit, Risk, and Product Teams.
Regular coordination with cash vendors and support teams.
