Job Description
Role Purpose
The
Senior Project Manager - Corporate Cash Management Solutions
will lead the design, development, and delivery ofdigital cash management platforms
for the bank's corporate and business banking clients.The role is responsible for
end-to-end project governance, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and technical delivery
of products such asPayments, Collections, Liquidity Management, and Virtual Accounts
, ensuring alignment with the bank's digital transformation roadmap
andCentral Bank of the UAE (CBUAE)
regulatory frameworks.This role sits at the intersection of
corporate banking and technology
supporting the bank's mission to provide innovative and secure transaction banking solutions to UAE businesses.Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Engineering. Master's degree or equivalent certification in Project Management preferred. Professional certifications such as
PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or SAFe Agile
are advantageous.Experience
10-15 years
of total experience in IT project management, preferably in UAE banking. Minimum5 years
leading delivery ofCorporate Cash Management or Transaction Banking Solutions
. Proven experience with:Payment's integration (SWIFT, UAEFTS, NPSS, ISO20022, Aani)
Liquidity and Cash Concentration Systems
Trade Finance knowledge
Corporate Internet & Mobile Banking Channels
Core Banking (e.g., T24)
integration and middleware APIs. Experience working within UAE banking regulatory frameworks and PMO environments. Exposure to DevOps, Azure Cloud, or CI/CD delivery models.Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. In-depth understanding of corporate banking operations, transaction flows, and UAE payment infrastructure. Excellent command of project governance, risk management, and change control processes. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities with senior leadership. Vendor and contract management expertise. * Agile and hybrid delivery management experience.
