Manager Assistant Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for Manager\'s daily work such as schedule reminder arrangement, business reception, meeting organization record and document drafting. 2. Establish methods to simplify data flow and establish tracking and archiving systems to ensure timely response. 3. Assisted the Manager to follow up projects and undertake relevant business negotiations. 4. Responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics affairs of staff on business trips. 5. Other duties assigned by the Manager Job-Specific Skills: 1.Possess at least Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any discipline. 2.Excellent written and oral communication skills in Mandarin and English. 3.Familiar with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint). 4.At least 2 - 3 years of working experience at the same position is required for the position. 5.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
