Job Description

Oversees the daily operations of the beauty salon, manages staff, ensures excellent customer service, and maintains high standards of cleanliness and professionalism. Responsible for scheduling, inventory control, sales targets, and promoting salon services to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities:



Supervise and coordinate daily salon operations and staff performance. Ensure excellent customer service and handle client inquiries or complaints. Manage staff schedules, attendance, and training. Monitor inventory and order salon supplies as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming salon environment. Promote salon services and products to increase sales and client retention. Track sales performance and meet business targets. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications:



Prior experience in beauty salon or aesthetic clinic is required.
