Job Description

To lead the initiation and management of all Business-to-Consumer (B2C) advertising campaigns (ATL, BTL, TTL) and promote the flydubai network and product to achieve the set targets while playing a pivotal role in elevating flydubai\xe2\x80\x99s advertising and marketing strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborates with Executive Management to align advertising strategies with the airline objectives and targets.
  • Oversees the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email marketing, outdoor, radio, sponsorships and others.
  • Collaborates with the Public Relations, social media, product and eCommerce teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective cross-functional collaboration and a cohesive brand narrative across all touchpoints.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with external partners including tourism boards, airports, agencies, and media outlets to ensure a seamless delivery of campaigns and sustained optimization.
  • Supports and manages the requirements of commercial teams across the flydubai network to achieve their objectives.
  • Develops strategies on comprehensive advertising and marketing in line with commercial objectives, budgets and timelines.
  • Oversees the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email marketing, outdoor, radio, sponsorships and others.
  • Monitors budget requirements for campaigns for the annual budget submission, while optimizing spend to achieve maximum ROI and provides regular financial reports and analysis to demonstrate the effectiveness of the advertising efforts.
  • Leads and mentors a team of advertising professionals and allocates resources effectively to manage workloads and ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
  • Collaborates with the creative team to develop compelling and on-brand advertising content. Reviews and approves creative materials to ensure quality standards and campaign objectives are met and to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all platforms.
  • Utilizes analytics tools to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights. Prepares and presents regular reports to Senior Management, highlighting key metrics and recommending optimizations.
  • Monitors and optimizes campaigns in real-time, adjusting strategies based on performance data in addition to conducting A/B testing where required and implementing best practices to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensures all advertising and marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and legal standards through close collaboration with the legal and compliance teams ensuring to mitigate risks.
  • Stays abreast of industry trends and innovations, incorporating new ideas into advertising strategies in addition to proactively identifying growth opportunities and improvement.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

Minimum Education Level Required
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree (or equivalent)
Education / Experience Specific Requirements
  • Proven experience and track record of leading and delivering advertising campaigns across multiple channels
  • Experience in managing large scale budgets and projects
  • Experience in working with or managing creative teams and agencies, media buying agencies and other external vendors
  • Preferred No. of Years (with Relevant Degree) - 6
Systems, Licensing, Language or Certification Requirements

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day to day business operations.
