As a marketing account manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client accounts for our agency. You will work closely with the marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction. Your role will also involve creating and implementing effective marketing strategies to maximize results and achieve set objectives. Primary Responsibilities: - Managing a portfolio of key clients and building strong relationships with them. - Understanding client needs and goals to propose tailored marketing solutions. - Collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategic plans to increase the visibility and reputation of the company\'s products/services. - Regularly monitoring the performance of client accounts and implementing corrective actions if necessary. - Coordinating marketing campaigns using various channels such as social media, email marketing, online advertising, etc. - Analyzing the results of marketing campaigns and presenting detailed reports to management. - Identifying new business development opportunities with existing clients and prospecting potential new clients. - Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing projects. Requirements: - University degree in marketing, communication, or a related field. - Proven experience in a similar marketing or account management role. - Strong skills in digital marketing, communication, negotiation, and presentation. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Excellent understanding of marketing strategies and market trends. - Knowledge of marketing performance tracking and analysis tools. - Proficiency in English. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
