- anage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company in Dubai. P
- repare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations. C
- onduct regular financial forecasting and risk assessment to support strategic decision-making. M
- onitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, and implement strategies to optimize working capital. C
- oordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements. C
- ollaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations for business growth and cost optimization. A
- ssist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. P
- erform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. M
- entor and guide junior finance team members, fostering their professional development. S
- tay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in financial regulations in Dubai. Q
- ertified chartered Accountant is a plus. P
- roven experience of 5 - 7 years in finance and accounting roles, preferably in Dubai. S
- trong knowledge of Dubai financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements. A
- dvanced skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. E
- xcellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications. E
- xceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. E
- ffective communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders. A
- bility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. L
