About The Role:
We're looking for a strategic and driven Manager - Account Management Excellence to lead the performance, scalability, and operational effectiveness of our Long-Tail Management team across multiple markets.
In this role, you'll play a critical part in managing a centralized, remote team responsible for engaging and growing our long-tail vendor base. You'll be responsible for developing processes, driving growth KPIs, setting SOPs, and scaling the team's capabilities as we expand into new geographies. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends people leadership, process optimization, and performance management.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and manage the centralized Long-Tail Management team across several markets
Own team performance targets and ensure consistent growth in partner portfolios
Design and implement scalable SOPs and workflows to streamline operations
Train and enable team members to drive partner value and operational consistency
Collaborate with Sales, Ops, and other cross-functional teams to align on strategy
Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement and growth
Drive initiatives that improve the long-tail vendor experience and team efficiency
Support market expansion by scaling the team's structure, tools, and best practices
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in account management, sales operations, or a similar role
Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving KPIs
Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and optimization
Ability to create and implement scalable processes and operational frameworks
Excellent communication, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience working in tech, marketplaces, or food delivery platforms is a plus
Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote, and multi-market environments
