What You'll Be Doing:

Actively engage in your training program with curiosity and initiative, seeking opportunities to expand your knowledge and skill set. Continuously track your progress with guidance from management and key trainers, using feedback to refine your approach and achieve business excellence. Gain hands-on experience in various functions and restaurant operations, enabling adaptability and a holistic understanding of the business. Build an in-depth knowledge of the menu, wine list, digestifs, and bar offerings to deliver an authentic guest experience.

An undergraduate or postgraduate from an accredited hospitality school with a proven track record of outstanding academic performance, particularly in Food & Beverage or Culinary courses. At least 3-6 months of previous trainee experience in a luxury 5-star hospitality environment. A deep passion for the hospitality industry and a strong commitment to professional growth within the field. Fluency in multiple European or international languages. Strong guest relations skills, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
