As a Food and Beverage Management Trainee in Dubai, you will undergo rotational training at Jumeirah's luxury properties, gaining experience in restaurant operations, guest service, and team leadership. This 12-month program equips you with the skills and exposure needed to thrive in the international luxury hospitality industry while working closely with senior professionals and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training sessions and feedback discussions
• Rotate across key F and B departments to understand service operations
• Support daily restaurant operations and guest interactions
• Assist with performance improvement projects and service innovation
• Analyze operational data and provide insights to management
• Promote hygiene, safety, and service compliance at all times

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
• At least two internships completed in a luxury 5-star hotel environment
• International experience is an advantage
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Available to start in August or September for a 12-month program
• Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills
